Author Guidelines

Authors must follow our Author Guidelines and Submission Instructions. Manuscripts should comply with COPE, ICMJE, and WAME standards. Submissions must include structured abstracts, references in Vancouver style, and disclosure of conflicts of interest.

Special Issues and Thematic Collections

JCICM periodically publishes special issues focusing on emerging topics in intensive care such as pandemic preparedness, precision medicine, digital health in ICUs, and organ transplantation in critical care. Authors are encouraged to propose special issue topics or contribute to ongoing thematic calls.
